Our custom fishing charters are based upon your preference.  Whether you would like to fish for Salmon, Pacific Ling, Rockfish, Spot Prawns, crabs or a combination we can tailor a day just for you.
We can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.  For larger groups we can do separate charters.

We use descending devices to safely release unintentional rockfish catches.

Rates

Basic packages are  for up to 4 people.

– 1/2 day (4hrs) – $900

– full day (8hrs) – $1700

Additional charge for more than 4 and maximum of 8:

–  $75 per person for 1/2 day or  – $100 per person for full day.

Included are all fishing equipment, bait and ice.

Taxes, licenses and gratuities are extra

Location

Departure is from the Madeira Park Govt dock.  Getting here from Vancouver entails a ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale.  Drive north along Hwy 101 through Gibsons, Sechelt and on to Pender Harbour.  Turn left into Madeira Park, through the village and then right to the Govt Dock. The Gulf Rascal is moored at the first float.

What to bring

Dress for the weather.  A rain coat and boots might not be a bad idea even though we are on the Sunshine Coast. It can be cool on the water so bring a jacket and sweater.  Sunscreen, sunglasses and cap in the summer is in order.

A lunch or snack and beverages.  Refrigeration is on board.

For the trip home you will need an appropriate cooler and ice.  We will have ice on board for the days fishing.

Licenses

Please do print a copy and bring on the boat, as you are required to log salmon and ling catches.

Cancellation

All bookings require a credit card # to confirm the date.

All confirmed bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of:

50% for 2 weeks or less prior to the trip.

100% for 7 days or less prior to the trip.
